This summer we have an awesome chance to be on about local mission here on the Coast.

Summerfest is happening from the 3rd to the 7th of January and to pull it off it’d be sweet if heaps of people could pitch in. Keep an eye out for more info at church, or if you already know you can pitch in give the office a call on 4367 2100.

Last week we heard an update about the Gospel work we’re partnering with beyond the Coast. Please consider how you can support Saturday EV’s external missions. 

Chris and Sharon in Forster

We are partnering with Coast Evangelical Church, a church plant up at Forster who had their first birthday this Easter. Forster is a place that desperately needs to hear the good news of Jesus. Chris and Sharon Ekins moved there to start the church, which now has a core group of 30 adults. We are stoked to partner with them and are commited to them financially as well as prayefully.

Derek and Anna in South East Asia

We are also supporting mission in South East Asia. We can’t say much online about what Derek and Anna are doing, but can tell you that they are carrying out the amazing  work of telling people who have never heard of Jesus about His saving grace. We are commited to partnering with these guys prayerfully and financially as they do this important work.
